Guys versus Gals. . .
After a break-up, especially from a guy’s point of view, our minds really play tricks on us. All the bad things about the past relationship seem to magically fall by the wayside and all we recall are the good points. We think, “Geez, why did I ever think there was anything wrong with her, we were great together”. I don’t know why this happens, but it seems to be a common occurrence. Could it be the security blanket that was provided by the relationship? I really don’t think it is a matter of the sex. More so, being in a relationship, knowing stability and comfort factor. It must have something to do with heuristics.

Well, he never truly thought anything was wrong with me. The problem is that he thinks EVERYTHING is wrong with him. HE has a severe cognitive behavioral issue. That’s why I gave him such wide berth for fucking up so many times. But, as I said to a friend today… dating him was like eating a blowfish. It’s a delicacy when everything is prepared right, but toxic when it isn’t and truly, why take the risk?
